Our Mission
The ShoreView Corp. ("SVC") is one of the pre-eminent housing cooperatives on Shore Road, where ownership is open to all without discrimination, provided that prospective shareholders have the financial means to afford to live here. Towards this end, the SVC Board of Directors' mission is to be actively engaged in managing projects that seek to maximize shareholder value by maintaining and upgrading the building's operations and interior and exterior facades, in a fiscally responsible way. In addition, our prudent financial management allows for the building to be beautifully maintained and this demonstrates that the building is fiscally sound. As such, the banks are happy to provide mortgage financing to the Corporation, and those seeking to become part of the Shore View Corp. community
